First things first...
1- I am not a dietician. 
2- I am not a personal trainer.
3- I do not believe in DIETS, "wraps" or quick fix work outs, they are a load of GARBAGE.
4- I know what I know from personal experience
5- I know that if you are wanting to get FIT, HEALTHY &/or LOSE WEIGHT for anyone but yourself, you will fail...hence the name -Do It For You-
